Terms and conditions
Booking and Deposit
To confirm the booking, a deposit must be made within 48 hours, a fee of $15/ per person will be charge to the nominated account. Invoice can be arranged to be paid within 7 days after the event. Number of guests must be confirmed within 48 hours. Cancelation will result in the loss of the full amount of the deposit. A minimum spend amount per guest is required as agrees t the time of the booking.
Responsible Service
For the entire duration of the event, including before and afterward, Godi La Vita reserve the right to refuse service to anywho who indicated to be intoxicated or does not fit our entry policy. The restaurant also reserve the right to stop or remove guests that are deemed to be intoxicated. During the last 30 minutes of the drink package, only 1 drink can be ordered per person at a time.
Cakeage Fee
A charge of $4/ per person will be charge for all outside cakes that are brought into the restaurant, when dessert is not ordered
